and I’m not talking about Game 5 of the World Series….

Went to the doctor today and found that
I not only gained back the 8 pounds I lost this spring,
but added 2 more pounds, putting me back @ 298 pounds.

Not good.

just a tad aggravated at things as they are.

It was one of those quick ramp ups
from zero to pissed off and carpet f-bombing
re: my general perceived lack of a Plan B.

It’s all the BS artificial urgency that gets to me.

Unless someone will die in the next 30 seconds if it’s not done, it’s not urgent.
Really.
