Quizno’s (Sort of) Slow Carb Lunch – [And That's My Lunch (ATML) #1]
OK, so it’s not perfect but it sure beats burgers and fries….
Got inspired by The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss
and wanted to come up with a version of the
Greens, Beans, and Protein Slow Carb mix
that I could get quickly from the fast food places
that are my primary options for a quick workday lunch.
What I have in the video is a Quizno’s Chicken Salad
(the salad dressing doesn’t factor in here,
as I use a cup of chili as the dressing)
Like I said before, it’s not perfect
(this salad has bacon, shredded cheese and flatbread)
but it is filling.
