Shoulders and Survival……

It’s sat. My shoulder’s been hurting the last few days - a nagging pain
that won’t go away…
The iPod is refusing to hold a charge, guess I’ll have to reset it…..
I just want to survive today, no other nobler aspirations - I’m tired,
but I’ll make it…
I want to say that I’m ok that everything’s fine….
I want to get beyond this.
I want to deal from a position of stength…
I want to be able to take it or leave it…
