This is very true. In addition just cut back on little things and you can make your weight loss permanent. It will tak a little time, but you should start feeling and noticing the difference in about 2-3 weeks. If you have two spoons of sugar in your tea make it one, if you only have one, reduce it to half and so on. Always end a meal just short of feeling full. And yes, drink lots of water.
