definition:

n. person who frequents brick and mortar stores,
continuously insists that they can get better deals online,
asks why the store doesn’t have the latest consumer electronics products,
then complains about the consumer electronics products that they have purchased from the store - yet they keep returning

’tis a puzzlement….
