it’s always good to have a second career…

whilst we’re on the subject of “sex workers”

it’s good to realize that the work does have it limits.

Since the field tends to favor the younger sort,

having a second career is the sensible thing to do

as one gets on in life…

not to mention a much different, if not markably reduced,

set of occupational hazards…

Ananova - Prostitutes retrain as geriatric nurses:

Prostitutes in Germany are being given the chance to retrain as geriatric nurses.

About 30 prostitutes, aged 20 to 40, are to take up a two-year training course for auxiliary nurses

in North Rhine Westphalia, reports the Telegraph.

The scheme, funded by the church and the EU, is aimed at easing a chronic shortfall in nurses

as well as offering an alternative to prostitutes.

    I am…well, maybe this is a better idea than keeping up the sex trade with aging workers.

    Give it a couple years to see how it pans out, I guess. Although church funding? Hrm. What ulterior motives might be here, yes?
