Is anyone else having Google Analytics problems?

Is anyone else having GA problems?

I was getting massively slow page loads in the last half-hour or so,

so I checked the status bar and saw that google analytics (nee Urchin) site wasn’t responding.

I also checked Blogshares and found that the same thing was happening for their site.

so I went into my plugins page and deactivated the Google Analytics plugin,

refreshed the page and all was well.
