good obsessions….
Was on the 84, ran into a guy I worked with
@ compusa, which led me to realize,
as I got off the bus @ the train station,
how I’ve managed to get whatever I’ve been
obsessed with getting -
with compusa it was hanging out
playing doom on the computers
and wanting to work there until, years later,
that became a reality.
With penn, it was constantly scouring the openings for years until I
found a place
where I could get in…..
They were both low level, long term obsessions…
I just get it in my head that I want it
and then, even though it takes a while,
I wind up getting it……
Guess there’s something to learn there…
