These headphones are the best thing I’ve ever bought -
the headset blocks out almost all extraneous sound,
which is great when I’m on the bus or train
and I don’t want to hear everyone else’s conversations.
When I pair them with my earbuds,
I can hear every detail of the songs.
Everyone has had times when their machine has spat out
some cryptic error code which you can never seem
to describe accurately to your tech person later on.
You could try writing down the error code,
but you’ll probably end up forgetting (or not getting)
the most vital piece of info, much to your dismay
(and that of your tech person).
solution: use your cameraphone to take a picture of the screen
This way, the tech person can see exactly what happened.
